Good morning, afternoon, or night—depending on when you’ve landed here! I’m Rick Williams, founder and CEO of CloudSmart IT.

I’ve always believed that experience is earned, not handed out in a diploma. My journey with technology started at 15, when my dad brought me to a warehouse full of broken printers.

In 2015, I launched CloudSmart IT—not just to fix computers, but to lift the burden of IT off people’s shoulders.

Outside of work, I’m a proud dad to two amazing kids, Anna and Asa. I find peace on the water—whether I’m at the lake or the beach, reconnecting with God.
